Software for owner-operated businesses

I build the software your business actually runs on.

Bookings, routing between locations, staff roles, reports. If your business runs on a shared inbox and one person's memory, I replace that with a system your team owns. One person, the whole build, handed over.

Latest build: a booking platform for seven restaurants, live at boka.lemongarden.se

How I work

Start small. Keep the map either way.

The Session

Ninety minutes on a call. I ask questions about how your business actually runs. Within five working days you get a written map: what is leaking, what to fix first, in what order, and what each step should cost.

You keep the map whether or not we ever speak again. Half the fee credits toward any build. The fee is fixed and you hear it before you book.

The Build

One live system your team runs on: bookings or job intake, routing between locations, roles so the right people see the right things, and a report. Runs on hosting I set up and hand over.

Starter scope in three weeks. Core build in six. Half to start, half on go-live. Fixed price, quoted after the Session.

Care & advisory

After go-live: hosting, backups, monitoring, and up to four hours of changes or advice a month. Your system stays owned by you and looked after by me.

Three-month minimum, then month to month.

The path

Four steps, no mystery

1

Intro call, 30 minutes, free. You tell me the one thing that is stuck. I tell you honestly whether I can move it.

2

The Session. Ninety minutes of questions, then a written map of the fix, in order, with rough costs.

3

The build. A fixed scope at a fixed price. You see progress the same week it happens.

4

Handover and care. The system is yours. I stay on for the changes if you want me.

The work

Two builds, checkable

Lemon Garden: seven restaurants, one booking system

Seven Swedish restaurants were run out of one shared inbox. Bookings arrived through a rented widget with a free-text city field, and every morning someone sorted the pile by hand. Now guests pick their branch from a list, bookings route themselves, each branch has its own capacity rules, and the owners see live covers and cancellations for their own sites. The system runs on their own servers.

Nexilink: a product rebuilt against a deadline

A recruitment platform with major UI and UX problems and an investor competition three weeks away. I rebuilt the product design end to end inside that window. Their founder's words are below.

Who is behind this

One person. The whole stack.

I have spent six years delivering enterprise e-invoicing and tax-compliance systems, including leading delivery for a national tax authority's mandate and running a 25-person operation. PMP certified. That discipline is what your build gets, at a size no enterprise vendor would take seriously.

I work between Sweden and Dubai, in English, Swedish and Arabic.

Away from the work: I memorised the Qur'an at 13. I post short reflections about it, one take, no editing. Nothing on that side of my life is for sale, and it is the standard the work side answers to.

September

Three seats. Free.

In September I am running three full Sessions free, for businesses with paying customers and one named problem. In return I ask for one thing: if it helps, an honest review.

Thirty minutes. You name the stuck thing. I tell you the truth.
